Now the user needs to select the project in which the form needs to be added. After opening the project, click on settings icon on the left panel

After that, a sidebar opens with different setting options. Form Template is visible after scrolling it down. Then clicking on Form Template opens the page. On the top, beside the heading of Form Template the module in which template needs to be added in mentioned. Here the form needs to be reflected in Inspections, so select Inspection and Click on Add for adding Template from the portal form templates.

The user can select the required template by clicking anywhere on the row of the template and then clicking on Add.

Once added it is reflected on the page, and it has form deadline post which the form becomes unavailable.
