You'll now find Folders in place of the Spaces module, a single directory of every Space you're part of, with the folders and files inside them that you have access to. The This Space tab becomes Folders, and the Reviews and External tabs move out, so navigation is linear and you spend less time switching views to reach a file.
See all your Mailbox custom fields as columns in the main grid.

You'll now see every custom field as a column in the Mailbox grid, the same way the Files tab already works, no need to open individual items to check key metadata. Columns can be resized and reordered, and you can save Views that filter and sort on custom fields alongside the default ones.
Decide where each Issues custom field appears form, details, or both.
You can now configure every custom field in the Issues module with two independent settings: Editable in Form, which puts the field on the issue creation form, and Is Metadata, which shows it in the issue details panel. Either or both can be on. Whichever you choose, the field is still available in the data grid through the Column Chooser, so you get cleaner forms without losing anything for filtering and reporting.
Edit and delete issues directly from the Issues list.
You can now select an issue in the Issues list and edit or delete it, without opening the file it was raised on. For standalone issues every field is editable; for issues raised on files, clash tests or forms you can update the title, description, status, severity, due date, assignee, attachments, tags and custom fields. Changes and deletions carry through to the properties panel and the design viewer.
Play back your live schedule with the new Forecast 4D simulation mode.
You can now pick Forecast as a fourth 4D simulation mode. It replays the same element-visibility logic as Planned simulation but reads each activity's live Scheduled Start and End dates instead of the frozen baseline, so the playback reflects the plan as it stands today, including shifts from progress updates and dependency changes. Useful for look-ahead planning and for showing the current plan rather than the original one.
Add a note against any schedule version to mark a save point.
You can now write a note against a schedule's version number, the same way you already can in Estimates. Use it to record what changed or to mark a save point you'll want to come back to, so version history reads as something meaningful rather than a list of numbers.
Restrict who can see and manage each asset in your project.
You can now set access on individual assets instead of every asset being visible to everyone on the project. The creator gets full access by default and other users start with none. Grant or revoke access from the Asset Properties panel, choose the permission level, and update several assets at once with bulk access management. Only users with access see the asset in the register.
Save and switch between Views in the Entries tab of form modules.
You can now use the standard Views functionality in the Entries tab, scoped to the form template you've selected. Pick a template and the Views button appears with only the views built for that template, creating, applying, editing and deleting them works exactly as it does in every other CUBE data grid.
Capture photos straight from your browser, and require live capture.
You can now take a photo directly in the browser for an image field camera capture on web is new. Form designers also get two field-level toggles, one for mobile and one for web, that switch off the gallery and upload option so only a live photo can be submitted. Useful when a form is proof of on-site work and the images need to be genuine rather than pulled from a gallery.
Number your form submissions automatically with a new Auto Number field.
You can now add an Auto Number field to a form template to assign a sequential integer to each submission. Choose Standalone for one counter across all submissions, or Based on field for separate counters per value in a chosen source field. Fillers see a live preview as they type, and the final number is locked in at submission so no two entries share one. Feed it into a Concatenate field to build identifiers like LnT-3.
See entries for templates that have been removed from your project.
You can now select templates in the Entries dropdown even after they've been removed from project settings, so forms already created against them stay reachable. The dropdown shows how many forms exist per template, and a red warning icon with a tooltip marks any template that is no longer part of the project.
Open and download images uploaded through form image fields.
You can now click an image in a form's image field to open it full screen, and download or delete it from there on web as well as mobile, and no longer only through the Entries tab. Images attached from mobile open in your browser for viewing.
Check when each portal user last signed in.
You'll now find a Last Logged In column available in the column chooser on the Portal Users tab. It isn't switched on by default turn it on when you want to see when each user last signed in, which makes it easier to spot accounts that have gone quiet.
