Workflow management can be quite a crucial task. The scope must outline which parts of the project or organization the workflow will cover, ensuring that all relevant processes are included and understood by the team. This foundational step ensures everyone is aligned and aware of what the workflow aims to achieve, setting the stage for a structured approach to project management.

How to Create Workflow?

Step 1: If the access to readymade review files is not available, then you will have to create the review-flow starting from scratch. You can start the process by clicking on the settings widget in the top right hand corner of the page.

Step 2: Once inside the tab, the page will showcase 3 options - Space Roles, Review Flows and Form Flows. Out of these, the Review Flows option has to be selected to proceed for creating a review workflow.

Step 3: Select +Create Review-flows to nomenclate and describe the details of the file.

Workflows and reviews are required to standardise an approval flow within a project or organisation so that the files can be managed in sharable terms and can be back-traced if it is rejected.
