What is a Review?

A review is the systematic examination and analysis of various types of files and documents for a project. It is a very important process on CUBE as the quality of the project also depends on how the files of the project have been executed. This process is crucial in various contexts including legal, administrative and academic settings.

There can be multiple layers where step by step Reviews can be conducted. Reviews are generally part of a space inside which there is a file.

Accessing the Reviews Module

• Navigate to your project dashboard.
• You can access the reviews module by:
  • Clicking on the module cards.
  • Opening the sidebar and selecting the reviews module.

Initiating Review Creation

• Once in the reviews module, click on the 'Create Review' button.

Setting Up the Review

• A pop-up will appear showing all reviews you have access to.
• In the top right corner, change the space to the desired one (e.g., 'default space').
• Enter a name for your review.

Selecting Review Flow

• From the drop-down menu, select the appropriate review flow (e.g., 'contextual review').
• Review the levels and users associated with this review.
