After setting up review flows with Checklists, you can start a review and fill in the required checkpoints.
To create a review with a review flow, follow these steps.
Open the Review Module and click on Create to start a new review.

Fill in the required details and select the Review Flow that includes your Checklists.

In the next step, select the files for review.

Proceed to the next step, Assign Checklist to Files:

You can assign the same Checklist to all files or

Assign different Checklists to individual files.

Select your preferred option, then choose: The Checklist and the Level, which defines at which level of the review the Checklist can be filled.

Once the review is created and reaches the relevant review level, you’ll see the Checklist icon next to the Attach File icon.

Click on the Checklist icon to open and complete the Checklist.

In addition to filling in the Checkpoints, you can also add comments for each Checkpoint.
To add a comment, you can scroll to the right and click on the comments icon to add a comment

After you post your comment, it starts to show in the same pop-up.

You can also check when the previous comments were posted by opening the History tab.

Once the checklist is filled, the checklist icon beside the attachment icon shows how many checklists are filled

When the “show only checklists to be filled at this level” toggle is off, then we can see all checklists in this Review

Even after the review is created, the files can be added:
Click the Add button.

An Attach Files pop-up will appear.

Now select the checklist and level for the checklist.

Once the file is added to the Review, a confirmation toast is shown
