Step 1: Select the relevant/concurrent project which is in execution stage. Ensure that you’re a part of the project.
Step 2: Click on “Transmittals”. A list of existing transmissions/communication channels in progress will be shown on screen.
Step 3: You can select either an existing transmittal or click on +Create. It will open a pop-up where the further given instructions should be followed.
Step 4: After clicking on +Create, a pop-up page such as one shown below appears. You can fill out the required information. The attached files can only be sent within the Project but can be sent to and from any of the Spaces which are part of the project.
Step 5: Select the Origin Space where the file(s) is located. Make sure the exact location of the file is known before selecting the Space.
Step 6: Select the Space where you need to send the files with the choice of people available. You can reduce the people whom the transmittal will be sent depending upon the domain and expertise.
<aside> 🗒️ The user can only add or subtract the people who are part of that particular space.

Step 7: The transmittal module allows for the user to be able to notify all the people of the Space where the file/acknowledgement/remark is being sent. The primary user can add/remove the people being notified.
