Introduction

In civil construction projects, the inspections refers to a systematic framework of assessments( hereby via forms) conducted throughout the project's lifecycle to ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks. These inspections are pivotal for identifying potential issues early, mitigating risks, and maintaining project timelines. They are created with a particular deadline by the project manager or the user and allotted to the concerned users.

Terminologies

Form Template- It is a template firstly created on the portal that can be then used in the required project by the user to create form

Form Flow- This is designed so that every section in the form can be assigned to the concerned individual for the approval or rejection by creating certain levels.

Functionalities

1. Once the form is in use even in one of the project, more changes cant be made to it
2. Every form has a unique number to it
3. Form can be rejected at any level
4. Once rejected, it cant be filled again
5. It can be only approved

Instructions

1. Create the form template on the portal.
2. Add the template to the required project
3. Create the Form Flow for the recently added form template from the portal to the project
4. Add the form in the inspection tab
