  You can now consume a file into your own Space or create a new shortcut to it directly from a received transmittal, without leaving the transmittal view — so it takes fewer clicks to act on what you've received.

• Expand references and view file properties inside received Transmittals

  You can now maximize the References section inside a received transmittal and view a file's properties without leaving it, so you can review everything that came with a transmittal in one place.

• Know who can see each transmittal with a new visibility column

  You can now see a 'User Visibility' column in the Transmittals data grid, showing which users have visibility of each transmittal at a glance — no need to open individual records to check access.

Mailbox

• Reply to mails with custom fields carried over automatically

  You can now reply to a mail and have its custom field values carried over automatically from the parent mail. You no longer need to re-enter the same information on every reply, and custom field data stays consistent across the thread.

• Set up your own signature for CUBE Mailbox messages

  

  You can now configure a personal signature for CUBE Mails. Set it once and it's appended to the messages you send from the Mailbox, keeping your outgoing mail consistent and professional.

Estimates

• Update contract item quantities directly from your estimates

  

  You can now update the quantity of a contract item directly from the linked estimate, keeping contract and estimate quantities in sync without re-entering values in two places.

• Combine multiple 'And' rules to narrow query results precisely

  You can now add multiple 'And' rules to a query and see only the data that matches every condition together, so multi-condition filtering works the way you'd expect.

• Roll up actual start and end dates from child schedule items

  You can now let Actual Start and End dates roll up from child items — the actual start reflects the earliest child and the end reflects the latest — so a parent schedule item automatically summarises its children's real dates.

Reviews

• Assign a non-sequential revision to a file's first version

  You can now assign a non-sequential revision to the first version of a file in Reviews, so revision numbering can start from a value that matches your own conventions instead of always beginning in sequence.

General Forms

• Prefill image fields in form templates to save setup time
