The Mailbox in CUBE is a project-level communication module that lets you send, receive, and track formal correspondence directly within your project. Unlike general messaging tools, the Mailbox is built for structured communication — every mail can carry attachments, file references from Spaces, response requirements, due dates, tags, and custom fields, keeping all project correspondence organized and auditable in one place.
You can communicate with any CUBE user across your portal, and with external contacts outside CUBE once your project's email settings are configured.
