There are quite a few settings that you can change for the Mailbox while setting it up. These can change how the secondary or other users will see the format of the mail.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to proceed with Mailbox :

Step 1: Select the project that you’ve been working on. Make sure that you’re part of that project.

Step 2: Select the mailbox option given on the left hand side. Please ensure that you’ve been given access to use mailbox option.

Step 3: Click on All Mail as shown in the image below. It will give you 2 options - my layout and shared layout. My layouts are only visible to you, whereas shared layouts are visible to all users in that project.

Step 4: Click on +Create to get a pop-up window shown below. You can add the recipients and CC the mail to the required people. Also the other required information such as the Subject, remarks and attachments and references can be added.

Step 5: You can set the response type according to your discretion - acknowledged by or reply by and select a due date for either.

Step 6: Your set of mails will be displayed on the dashboard in the mailbox option. If you’ve the full access, you can decide who can see the mails by turning off the visibility toggle. Only the people you’ve decided to give access can see the mails on the project once the visibility toggle is turned off.
