Feature_video_14_-_Managing_Access_to_files.mp4
Users in your space can have different levels of access to specific files and folders. Managing the access of the files and folder is very easy in CUBE and can be done from the Properties bar. The only thing to keep in mind is that for any user to have certain access, he/she should be a part of that space. If a user is not added to a space, the name will not be visible in the access section.
<aside> ℹ️ Only Manager with full access will be able to add users to the space.

Once the user is added to a space, follow these steps to provide file or folder access to them.
Step 1 - Single click on the file, and the Properties bar will open on the right side of the screen and you’ll be able to see the ‘Access’ section.

Step 2 - All the space users will be visible here and you can change the access of a file or folder with the help of the down arrow next to the user permission.

There are different access levels for users. An admin can provide different access to users as per their use and authority.
These are the different permissions that can be provided to the users in CUBE with respect to folders and individual files -
