The notifications panel, opened from the bell icon in the CUBE web app, is where activity on items you are involved in surfaces — form submissions, review transitions, issue updates, and so on.
The panel groups notifications by when they arrived, shows unread counts per group, and gives you several ways to clear them. If you receive a high volume of notifications, the grouping and bulk controls are what make the panel scannable rather than an undifferentiated list.
Notifications are organised into chronological sections, newest first:
Each section header carries a badge count of unread notifications in that group, so you can see where the volume sits before opening anything.

The bell icon itself shows your total unread count across all sections. Above 99 it displays as 99+ rather than an exact figure.
There are four ways to clear notifications, depending on how many you are dealing with.
Clicking a notification navigates you to the relevant item and marks it read. Use this when you actually want to act on it.
