Those Contracts in which Schedules are attached, in those Contract Forms, if there is a Task preset section, Tasks can be added.

To link the task to the Progress Update forms or the Inspection forms, follow these steps

  1. You can add a task by clicking on the Add Tasks button

  1. Upon adding a task, select the task, and the details of the task, which need to be filled, will appear. Actual Start Date - Actual End Date - Progress - Remaining Duration - These can be edited by clicking on the icon highlighted below.

  1. Fill the data

  1. The linked BOQ items can also be updated, select the BOQ item which needs to be updated

  1. Click on the edit icon as shown below

  1. Update the item and Confirm

  1. The BOQ item will get updated and the Task (which contains BOQ items) is linked to an Inspection Form.
