This article will help you understand the sign-up process inside a portal in CUBE and how you can create a new account if you are not a part of any Portal or Organisation.

1. Open Cube.ms. The following screen will pop up and will ask you to enter the Company Portal’s URL.

In this case, as you are not a part of any portal, Click on the ‘Sign-Up’ button.

2. To create your portal on CUBE, first, enter your Email address and other credentials to sign up in CUBE.

If in case the email Id entered already exists in another portal, CUBE will display the Portal that you are a part of it and you can Sign in inside them easily.

In other cases, where your email id is entered for the first time in CUBE or you still want to create a new portal the Sign-up page will be shown. Enter the following credentials to first signup to CUBE…

And then enter the portal details which you want to create.

Here there can be two scenarios :

1. If the Domain already exists.

In this case, the page will ask you to either Sign In or Sign Up to that portal instead.

2. If the domain does not already exist.

So, after creating the portal domain, CUBE will ask you to name your portal. The domain name and the portal name can be different.
