If you are a new user, this guide walks you through how you can create your own CUBE account and get started with the portal.

Once your portal is created, you can choose how you want to begin:

• Start a free trial to explore the platform and test product features before making a decision.
• Directly subscribe to the product that best suits your requirements, whether that’s CDE for centralized data management or PM for project planning and execution.

To sign up on CUBE, follow the steps:

Sign Up

• Open https://app.cube.ms/signupflow?createPortal=true in your browser.
• Enter a valid work email address.
• Click Next to proceed to the Verification screen.

Verification

• A verification code has been sent to the email address you entered.
• Enter the code in the fields provided and click Verify.

Tip: If you didn’t receive the code? Click - Didn’t get a verification code?

• Verification code will be sent and you’ll see the message: "Verification Code resent successfully"
• A 1-minute timer will appear, during which the Resend button will be disabled.
• Once the timer ends, the Resend button becomes active again.

Additional info:

• The verification code remains valid for 30 minutes.
• You can resend the code up to 5 times, each with a 1-minute timer.
• After 5 attempts, there’s a 1-hour cooldown before you can resend again.

• If you entered the wrong email address, click Change to update it.

Password

• If your password doesn’t meet the required criteria, an error message appears:

  “Password does not meet the required criteria.”

• Password strength is visually indicated:

  • Red bar: Very Weak
  • Yellow bars: Weak
  • Green bars (3–4): Strong / Very Strong
