The Portal Dashboard serves as the central hub of CUBE, giving users a complete overview of all projects, tasks, and activities across the organization. It is the first screen you see upon logging in and provides quick access to essential information through interactive widgets and visual insights.
From monitoring project statistics and user participation to tracking transmittals, issues, tasks, and estimates, the dashboard offers a comprehensive snapshot of ongoing work in one place. Its customizable layout allows each user to tailor the view according to their role and preferences—ensuring that the most relevant data is always front and center.
Enter the Portal Dashboard
- Open CUBE.
- The first screen you see is the Portal Dashboard.
- If no projects exist, the dashboard widgets will display No projects/issues/tasks messages until data is added.
Read the header information
- Look at the top-left area for the greeting: Welcome, <User Name> đź‘‹.
- At the same level, confirm the Day & Date, Region, and Temperature are visible.
Check the summary widgets
- Below the header, you will find three summary widgets showing:
- Total number of Projects on the portal.
- Total number of Users on the portal.
- Total number of Organizations on the portal.
Understand the dashboard layout
- The portal dashboard contains a set of customizable widgets that display portal-wide data.
- Widgets can be added, removed, configured, expanded, or opened in a new tab (where supported).

Quick Links widget
- Purpose: Provides shortcuts to frequently used features or pages.
- Actions:
- Click any quick link to open the corresponding page or data grid.
- Click the ellipsis (â‹®) on the card to access:
- Configure — opens a dialog to edit quick links.
- Remove — removes the widget from your dashboard.
- Configure dialog: follow prompts to add, edit, or remove quick link entries.
