The Portal Dashboard is the first screen you will interacts with as soon as you enter CUBE. If there are no projects yet in the portal, an empty dashboard will be displayed with all the widgets showing a message saying ‘No projects/issues/tasks. Once you are part of some project/issues/tasks etc., they will appear here respectively.
Once the data starts filling up, the following widgets will be available for you to view in the portal dashboard

1.Quick Links - Here all the quick links to view different functionalities will be available. These links will take you to the data grid of various features which is a miscellaneous list of the data on the dashboard or may directly open the page.
The Ellipsis available on the end of the card will give two options to configure and remove the widget. When clicking on Configure button, a dialogue box will open up which will help you to configure the Quick links widget as per your requirement.

2. Project User - This widget will show the number of users in each project with the help of a bar graph. The X-axis will show the project Id and the Y-axis will represent the number of users in each project. This will be a live graph and will keep on updating as and when new users are added to any of the projects. The widget can also be expanded which will pop out the data onto a bigger screen for a better view.
The ellipsis at the right corner of the widget has two action buttons, Load next data to reload the new data and Remove to remove the widget. The widget can also be open-in new tab to open the portal projects users list.

3. Project Collaborator - The project collaborator widget is a pie-chart visual showing the number of organizations involved in each project. As the below image depicts, the pie chart will be an overall summary of the projects in the portal and the organizations working towards it. The widget will have an expand button which will pop out the data onto a bigger screen for a better view. The ellipsis at the right corner of the widget has two action buttons, Load next data to reload the new data and Remove to remove the widget.
When the widget is expanded, and if you click on any pie, the chart will show the number of users in the project.

4. Projects - The projects widget will show a miscellaneous list of all the projects available on the entire portal to which the particular user has access. The widget should have two columns, one for the Project ID and the other for the Project Name. The widget can be expanded which will pop out the data onto a bigger screen for a better view. The ellipsis at the right corner of the widget has two action buttons, Load next data to reload the new data and Remove to remove the widget.
When clicking on the Open in new tab button, the list of all the projects in the portal which you are a part of will open.

5. Estimates by Cost database - This widget will show the number of estimates created using the cost database available. A bar chart with the names of the cost database on the Y-axis and the number of estimates on the X-axis will be visible.
