V4.1.2: A Rebuilt Tasks Module, Smarter Forms, and Sharing Beyond Your Portal

This release rebuilds Tasks into a module you can actually run work from, extends Forms with calculations and automatic numbering, and opens CUBE up to people outside your portal through shareable links. Alongside those, navigation gets simpler as Spaces gives way to Folders, and billing moves into the app so you can manage subscriptions and invoices without leaving CUBE.

• Tasks: A full rebuild — assignees, due dates, a three-state status, per-task access levels, comment threads with an Official comment, a single-page task view, configurable fields, and a seven-day Take Action dashboard.
• Forms: Formula fields can now reference other formula fields, a new Auto Number field numbers submissions automatically, camera capture arrives on web with a camera-only enforcement toggle, and saved Views come to the Entries tab.
• File sharing: External shareable links let clients and contractors view or download files without a CUBE account, with optional expiry and password, instant revocation, and a full access log.
• Navigation: The Spaces module becomes Folders — one directory of every Space, folder and file you have access to, so you stop switching views to find a file.
• Access control: Asset-level permissions and per-task access bring the newer modules in line with how the rest of CUBE handles who sees what.
• Billing: Subscriptions, invoices, proformas and payments now live inside CUBE, with online payment in INR for Indian customers and GST handled in the bank transfer flow.

V4.1.1: Smarter Forms, Sharper Schedules, and Notifications That Travel

This release deepens the Forms toolkit with automatic numbering, derived fields, and flows that adapt as they move, while Schedules gains genuine cost visibility and a more honest 4D simulation. Notifications now follow you onto your phone, signing in gets an OTP option, and Digital Twins joins CDE and PM as a product you can buy. Administrators get faster seat management and a single place to configure a project.

• Forms: New Auto Number and Concatenate field types generate values for you, form flows can reassign users mid-submission, and the flow dropdown filters down to the flows you're actually part of.
• Schedules: EVM cost columns with cumulative cost visualisation, percentage-based 4D simulation, exportable simulations, and saved views.
• Notifications: A rebuilt notifications panel on web with grouping, badges, and bulk actions, plus native push notifications on the CUBE mobile app.
• Authentication: OTP sign-in, linked Google, Apple, and Microsoft accounts, a clearer post-social-signup password flow, and billing details visible in-product.
• Digital Twins: A third purchasable product alongside CDE and PM, with Full and Operator seats gating the Assets module.
• Administration: Bulk seat updates in Portal Users, Space Settings consolidated into Project Settings, and a sidebar layout that follows you across projects.

With upgrades spanning forms, files, collaboration, mobile, and support, this release helps teams capture, share, and act on project data with far less friction.

• Forms: A new Formula field type calculates values automatically across form fields, while a simpler right-panel layout and prefilled image fields make building and filling forms faster than ever.
• Transmittals: Consume files and create shortcuts without leaving a received transmittal, expand the References section and view file properties inline, and see exactly who has visibility with a new column.
• Spaces: Surface custom fields as columns directly in the Spaces and folders data grid, so the metadata you care about sits right alongside your files.
• Mobile: In-app notifications bring the mobile app to parity with the web, preset module-reference sections speed up form templates, and QR codes let site teams confirm they're working from the latest printed sheet.
• Access & Billing: Sign up and sign in with a social account and choose a new monthly subscription option, giving teams more flexible ways to get into and pay for CUBE.
• CUBE Support: Track response and resolution SLAs and change ticket types on the fly, helping the support team stay accountable and better organised.

• Permissions: Streamline access management with ready-to-use Access Templates while gaining granular control by completely decoupling item creation permissions from standard view/edit rights.
• Models: AutoCAD Cleanup feature in the Revit plugin automatically detects and removes 2D elements from 3D views before publishing, ensuring a highly performant web visualization experience in CUBE.

With a major Data Grid revamp, improved form creation, and richer BIM and scheduling capabilities, this release makes CUBE more flexible, intuitive, and enterprise-ready.

• Data Grids: Major upgrade to Data Grid UI/UX with custom views, grouping, filtering, sorting, and easier column selection, giving users complete control over how data is viewed and managed.
• Settings: Introduced granular module-level permissions and reusable access templates, enabling scalable and consistent permission management across projects and spaces.
• Forms: Revamped form creation experience across web and mobile, with template previews, smoother configuration, and faster setup.
• Schedules: Support for FBX files and geometries in simulations, enabling richer and more contextual 4D modeling.
• Roles: Renamed the default role from Viewer to Participant, improving clarity while retaining existing permissions.
• Support: Email-based support requests now auto-captured in CUBE, ensuring all queries are tracked centrally without missing context.
