User Management: New nested user-level view in Project Settings allows for bulk permission updates and centralized Space management.
Forms: Auto-generates Form names and pre-assigns workflows based on template selection to speed up setup and ensure consistency.
Schedules: Revamped creation UI with a pre-selected space selector in the header for a faster, more intuitive project start.
Mailbox: Replaced deep nesting with a flat, sequential ID system, making it easier to track long conversation timelines.
Subscriptions: Unified way to manage CDE and PM products, allowing independent control over seats and module permissions.

With a major Data Grid revamp, improved form creation, and richer BIM and scheduling capabilities, this release makes CUBE more flexible, intuitive, and enterprise-ready.

Data Grids: Major upgrade to Data Grid UI/UX with custom views, grouping, filtering, sorting, and easier column selection, giving users complete control over how data is viewed and managed.
Settings: Introduced granular module-level permissions and reusable access templates, enabling scalable and consistent permission management across projects and spaces.
Forms: Revamped form creation experience across web and mobile, with template previews, smoother configuration, and faster setup.
Schedules: Support for FBX files and geometries in simulations, enabling richer and more contextual 4D modeling.
Roles: Renamed the default role from Viewer to Participant, improving clarity while retaining existing permissions.
Support: Email-based support requests now auto-captured in CUBE, ensuring all queries are tracked centrally without missing context.

V3.3.1: Enhanced Setup, Dynamic Scheduling, Integrated Data

Jan 2026 (V3.3.1) builds on recent platform improvements with a set of workflow upgrades across Spaces, scheduling, contracts, assets, and BIM/CAD. The release focuses on making setup and ongoing project tracking easier, improving the flexibility of schedule management and simulations, and expanding how teams can organize, navigate, and export project data.

Spaces: Upload files during Excel container creation, with automatic name and metadata validation and Escrow routing for non-compliant files.
Schedules: Safer updates with date-only re-import, custom “data date”, and resource-linked queries for more flexible simulations.
Contracts: Column chooser now includes BOQ budget context (Budgeted Quantity and Amount).
Assets: Configure asset types per project, and import custom fields via template mapping.
BIM / Databank: Use Databank outside Estimates, export to CSV, and see URL metadata as clickable link text.
CAD & Dashboards: DWG layer controls, dashboard custom-field section with link buttons, and improved CAD viewer defaults.

Dec 2025 (V3.3) is a quality-of-life focused release that improves clarity, consistency, and navigation across CUBE’s core workflows. It adds better visibility into permissions and item usage, streamlines estimate formatting with sensible defaults, upgrades BIM/CAD viewing and search, and refreshes parts of the Portal experience. It also strengthens onboarding for mobile users and introduces a clearer seat-based access model.

Spaces: new access tooltips on files and folders to clearly explain permissions.
Estimates: default rounding is now applied automatically (2 decimals for quantities/measurements, 0 for rates/amounts).
Contracts: item usage breakdown via an info icon shows where contract items are used and how much is consumed.
BIM / Design Viewer: universal object tree with visible file names, metadata-based file search, and an improved sheets modal for CAD files.
Portal / Settings: new Partner role (equivalent to Super Admin) to simplify partner management.
General: “Tasks” renamed to Activities, plus UI updates for Portal Users and Portal Projects.
Authentication: mobile-browser onboarding improvements and introduction of Seats to define module access and collaboration limits.

Oct 2025 (V3.2.1) introduces a set of enhancements focused on improving how teams organize information, maintain context across tools, and access CUBE more intuitively. This release strengthens integrations, reduces workflow friction, and brings CUBE closer to a truly global and connected project environment.

Mailbox: Add and edit custom fields directly on external emails, enabling teams to tag, categorize, and enrich incoming communication with project-specific metadata from the details panel.
Schedules: Complete migration of 4D Simulation to the new Schedules library, delivering a more unified and consistent experience across planning and simulation workflows.
Files: Assign checklists to specific files, ensuring the right checks appear at the right stage and eliminating irrelevant items during reviews.
Settings: Support for multiple languages, making CUBE more accessible and familiar for global teams.
General: Access Knowledge Base articles directly within CUBE, helping users quickly learn features and resolve workflow questions without leaving the platform.
Revit Plugin: Synced issues via the CUBE Revit plugin now include persistent IDs, enabling precise tracking, easier referencing, and faster issue resolution.
