Directly add your profile linked signature for Forms approval

  1. When the form is in the approval stage, the signature needs to be added that can now be directly imported from your Profile. Once the form is approved the signature would be visible in the side panel.

  1. The linked signatures can also be changed by going to the personal information in the User settings. Click on the edit icon and then the Add signature button would be visible.
