Our platform is divided into two core products: CDE (Common Data Environment) and PM (Project Management).

Access to each product is controlled through product-specific seats, which determine:

• What modules a user can access
• How many Spaces and Projects a user can be part of
• Whether access is available on the web, mobile, or both

Each product has its own seat types, described below.

CDE Product Seats

CDE seats control access to CDE Modules.

Full Seat (CDE)

• Full access to all CDE modules
• Can be part of multiple Spaces and multiple Projects
• No functional or participation restrictions

Best for: Core team members managing or collaborating across multiple projects.

Guest Seat (Partial CDE)

• Access to all CDE modules
• Can be part of only 1 Space and 1 Project at a time
• Designed for limited collaboration needs

Best for: External consultants, vendors, or stakeholders working on a single project.

No Seat (CDE)

• No access to CDE modules
