Overview

Our platform is divided into three core products: CDE (Common Data Environment), PM (Project Management), and DT (Digital Twins).

Access to each product is controlled through product-specific seats, which determine:

• What modules a user can access
• How many Spaces and Projects a user can be part of
• Whether access is available on the web, mobile, or both

You will now see three dedicated columns in your Portal Users dashboard: Common Data Environment (CDE), Project Management (PM), and Digital Twins (DT).

This change allows you to assign specific access levels for each Product independently. For example, a user can now have "Full access” to the CDE modules while having "No Seat" in Project Management, or vice-versa.

CDE Product Seats

CDE seats control access to CDE Modules.

These consist of:

• Spaces

• Tasks

• Issues

• Transmittals

• Reviews

Full Seat (CDE)

• Full access to all CDE modules

• Can be part of multiple Spaces and multiple Projects

• No functional or participation restrictions

  Best for: Core team members managing or collaborating across multiple projects.

Guest Seat (Partial CDE)

• Access to all CDE modules
