Availability of Spaces module in mobile application:
You can now access your files from the CUBE mobile application. You can view file properties and even download them for external sharing or reference purposes.
Bulk addition of users in Spaces(s):
You can now add multiple users in a Space just like adding multiple users to a Project. This will reduce the time and quickly setup your project and get going.
Introduction of Containers concept in CUBE.
As per ISO 19650 BIM standards, you can now create containers and keep your files in them. Create containers even before the file is available.
Return to you previously viewed module by using ‘Recently Visited' widget in Project and Portal Dashboard.
Much awaited feature to return back to your previously accessed files, tasks, issues, etc has included in this release as 'Recently Visited’ widget in your Project and Portal Dashboards for much more convenience and work efficiency
UX improvement when something went wrong
In order to make you aware if something went wrong while working, instead of just showing a white screen and making you confuse, now the screen will show you the error message and it will allow you to refresh or reload the page and get back to where you were.
Update file version in Schedule.
With the ever updating of BIM files, it was difficult to create an updated schedule and make the perfect simulation. With the new functionality to auto-update the resources associated with the previous file to the new version, the simulation will run as smooth as you would have liked without the need to re-assign the resources using the Selections tool.
Signature is optional while Reviewing files.
Files can now be reviewed and passed on to next level without the need of the mandatory signature which could have been tiresome for a large number of reviews especially when the signature was manually signed on the review.
Adding Signature from the profile directly.
You can now add your signature to your profile and use it as it is directly in a Review without the need to manually draw it every time. With this, you now have the capability to review large number of files quickly.
Copy Review-flow from one Space to another.
In case you have a similar Review process for some or all of the Spaces, instead of creating the same lengthy and complex Review-flows every time, you can now copy the entire Review-flow from one Space to another without the users so that you can assign users from the target Space for better customisation and ease of use.
