Easily filter & add users
We’ve improved the process of adding users in Spaces to save time and reduce friction. You can now create a filter to find users quickly, keep selections intact across multiple pages, and use a clear "Add to Selection" button to finalize your choices.
‘Role’ Replaced with ‘Permission’ in User Popup
While adding users to project spaces, the pop-up now shows Permission instead of Role for clearer understanding and consistency.
Custom grid in Transmittals
You can now customize how Transmittals are displayed with a column chooser and saved views. Start with two default views. Create and save your own views, or share them with your team.
Send Emails to non-CUBE users
You can now send emails from CUBE to anyone, even if they’re not a registered CUBE user. Simply add their email address in the To or CC field, and they’ll receive your message directly from CUBE.
Improved visibility in Mailbox
You can now view all custom fields directly in the Mailbox list, just like in the Files list. This gives instant visibility into key metadata, making it easier to filter, sort, and act on emails. With Views, you can also customize views to fit your project needs, helping teams work faster and stay consistent across modules.
Keep your Mailbox organized
Tags can now be added when sending emails and even after they’re sent. Choose from existing tags in a dropdown or create new ones on the go. This ensures consistent categorization, easier filtering, and reliable tracking.
Auto-save Email attachments to folders
Attachments received via email can now be automatically saved to designated folders in the system.
Print/PDF option in Mailbox
You can now print or save emails as PDFs directly from the Mailbox.
Email suggestions for previously used external users
Now, when entering email IDs, the system suggests previously used external users, making it faster and easier to add recipients.
‘Revision’ column added to Files tab
You can now add the Revision column from the column chooser in the Files tab, making it easier to track revision data for each file version.
Improved File upload error messages
Users will now see clear and informative error messages whenever a file upload fails.
