This article will help you understand the sign-in process for CUBE and how you can create a new account if you are not a part of any Portal or Organisation.

The portal here refers to the ‘Company Portal’. Inside CUBE, there can be multiple portals a particular company might use. You might be a part of either one single portal or many at the same time with the same email id.

If you are a part of the portal, you will have to Sign-in into the portal.

Follow the following steps to Sign-in :

  1. Open Cube.ms. The following screen will pop up and will ask you to enter the Company Portal’s URL.

  1. After entering the Company’s Portal URL, you will be directed to the sign-in page where you can enter the credentials provided by the Admin during sign-up and can sign in successfully inside the portal dashboard.

In case you do not have an account already created, you can 'Sign Up' by clicking on the signup button.

The following screen will be visible to you where you to fill in the details and click on ‘Next’

Once this is done, the portal asks you “Are you part of an existing organization?”

Here we have two scenarios -

  1. Either you are a part of an existing Organisation.
  2. Or you are a new user i.e. not part of any existing Organisation.

Let’s deep dive into this case by case.

First Case, where you are already a part of an existing organization. (i.e. Sign-up to an existing company)

Once, you click on the ‘Yes’ Button, the portal will ask you to enter the Unique Organisation ID that your admin must have provided you with.
