Review levels can be skipped during rollback, to do that follow these steps:

1. The levels that you want to allow to be bypassed, select those and click on the icon highlighted below.

   

   Under Conditions, Select these highlighted conditions which enables the selected review levels to get bypassed during rollback.

   

2. Now create a Review with the newly created Review Workflow & open Review and click on Rollback Level, when the difference between 2 review levels is greater than or equal to 2 then only bypassing review levels will work or else it will work like any other rollback. (for eg rollback from 3->1, 2 will get bypassed, but 2->1 will work like any other rollback) .

   

3. Rollback to whichever Level you wish to by selecting the second option. This will also show any levels that you will bypass (if any) during a rollback.
