These will appear once all the statuses have been assigned. They highlight the progress of the Review workflow. Moreover, the files flow can be tracked efficiently.

Here are the steps to follow for Transition Diagrams-

Step 1: On selecting transition diagram, a diagram like the one mentioned below appears. It usually contains the number of reviews conducted and the inter-relationships between all the status the reviews have passed through.

Step 2: You can adjust the size of the boxes, depending upon the complexity and number of reviews conducted.
