Transmittals list

The Transmittals list page allows you to see every Transmittal you have “Sent” or are “Sent to”. This guide explains how to navigate the list, understand the available columns, and switch between views.

Accessing All Transmittals

• Go to Transmittals from the Project Dashboard.

  

• You will see a table listing all Transmittals you’re part of; each row represents a single Transmittal and displays key details.

  

Understanding the Columns

Each Transmittal includes the following information:

• Transmittal ID: A unique identifier is automatically generated for each Transmittal.
• Subject: The subject or title of the Transmittal.
• From Space: The Space from which the Transmittal was sent.
• To Space: The Space to which the Transmittal was sent.
• Sent By: The user who created and sent the Transmittal.
• Sent On: The date and time when the Transmittal was sent.

These columns help you quickly track the context, ownership, and movement of all transmittals.

Working With Views

The Transmittals module supports multiple types of views so you can choose how you want to see your data.

Default Views

• My View: Views that you created.
