You can update your profile information from the User Settings section.

Dashboard

• Click on your profile picture at the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  

• Click the edit icon next to your profile to open User Settings > Personal Information.

• In this section, click the edit icon to update your details, such as:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Designation
  • Location
  • Contact Number
  • Signature
• Once you’ve made the changes, click Save to update your profile.

Security

The Security tab allows you to manage your account’s protection and authentication settings. In this section, you can:

• Change Your Password – Update your account password at any time. Simply click the Change Password button, enter your current password, and set a new one.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) – Add an extra layer of protection to your account by enabling 2FA. Once enabled, you’ll be required to verify your identity through an additional authentication method (such as an email OTP or authentication app) when logging in.

Keeping your security settings up to date helps ensure that your account remains protected at all times.

Notifications

The notifications tab will help you manage email notifications. The toggle switch can be turned on to receive email notifications for any updates on the portal.
