1. Contract Module: Click on Contracts module in the left sidebar from the Project Dashboard:

  1. Initiate Creation: Click on the "Create" button to open the dialogue box.

  1. Enter Details: Provide the title of the parent contract, enter description, select the appropriate space. A contract is made at the space level. Since this is a parent contract, it is automatically designated as a "Prime" contract and cannot be assigned to any organization.

  1. WBS item: For the WBS contract, the WBS items need to be linked .When the toggle is clicked it open the WBS items list that can linked to the this particular contract. As per the requirement, select the item(s) by clicking on checkbox and clicking Link. These items can be linked and unlinked till the contract is unlocked.

  1. After clicking Link tab the selected items are added and then after clicking on create button the contract is created and it shows Budget tab as default with all the linked WBS items. Since this is the parent contract, it opens in WBS mode instead of BOQ mode.

  1. Link Estimate: Click on Link Estimate to attach the estimate to the particular contract.

  1. Only the published version of the estimate are visible when the dialogue box and can be attached. Select the required estimate by clicking anywhere on the row and then click Link button.

  1. Once the file is linked it will be shown on the screen. It can be unlinked by clicking on the Un-Link Estimate button at the right side(if is it is unlinked then all the BOQ items attach via that file to WBS item will also get deleted) and re -linked till the contract is unlocked.

  1. Attaching Files: In the files tab click on Add button to attach relevant files from the folders.

  1. After clicking on add the dialogue box comes up to show relevant files and folders. The files that are included in the particular space in which the contract is made are the only ones that appear. Click on the folder from the sidebar, then one or multiple files can be selected. If the files need to selected from different folders then the user needs to click Add to List tab and all the files appears in the Resources box. Once
