Clear access tooltips for Files and Folders in Spaces
Tooltips have been added to display user access information in Spaces. Depending on whether it’s a file or folder, and its location (root or folder level), users will now see clear tooltips explaining access rights, making permissions more transparent and easier to understand.
Default Rounding Settings are now available in Estimates

Estimates now come with default rounding applied across key fields. Quantity, Takeoff, and Measurements default to 2 decimal places, while Rates and Amounts default to 0 decimal places. Item Usage Breakdown in Contracts
You can now easily see where and how Contract items are being used. An (i) icon is added next to items in the Contracts module, clicking it opens a breakdown popup showing which forms the item is used in and how much quantity is consumed in each.
Universal Object Tree in Design Viewer

File names are now visible in the Design Viewer’s object tree across all supported BIM and CAD file types, including FBX, SKP, etc. Select a file directly from the tree to isolate, hide, or access right-click actions.

Sheets modal has been updated
The sheets modal in CAD files now features separate tabs for default sheets, making it easier to navigate and manage 2D CAD files.
Added a Partner Role in Portal
A new 'Partner' role has been added to Portal Users, with clear definitions and access controls in place. This role is equivalent to Super Admin and is automatically assigned to channel partners, making partner management more transparent.
Tasks have been renamed to Activities
The term ‘Tasks’ has been replaced with ‘Activities’ across contracts, progress update forms, and templates, aligning terminology throughout the platform.

Each user’s access is defined based on the seat assigned. Seats determine which modules a user can access, how many Spaces or Projects they can join, and whether access is available on web, mobile, or both.
