Space settings play a different role from Portal settings and Project settings. In space settings, you can add users to your space and provide them with the necessary permissions to access the files and different folders inside it.

Accessing Space Settings

You can access the Space Settings by navigating through the following path:

Portal Dashboard → List of Projects → Project Dashboard → Space Module → Open a Space → Settings

• In the Portal Dashboard, click on Projects

  

• Select Project from the Projects list

  

• In the Project Dashboard, select the Space module

  

  

• Open any space and select settings

  

Under the Space Settings, you will find the User Administration section, which includes the following subsections:

• Review Flows
• Form Flows
• Groups

Each of these settings helps you manage workflows, forms, and user access within a space.

Review Flows

The Review Flow allows users to define and manage workflows for Reviews. These Review Flows outline how many review levels are configured, users on every level, conditions of the levels, statuses, and transitions.

Form Flows

The Form Flow manages how project-related forms are created, assigned, reviewed, and tracked. It plays a vital role in monitoring project progress and quality.

You can also define who can approve, review, or reject a form based on their responsibility and the stage of project execution.

Groups
