In CUBE, all the settings related to the user’s profiles, project profiles, portals, spaces, organization details, files, and folder permissions are very comprehensively designed and placed under relevant tabs such that the admin can easily track/manage and update them as and when needed.
Portal level information could be easily managed under the portal settings tab where the admin can add/update the details about the users/projects/regions available on that particular portal.
There could be multiple spaces under an organization and multiple projects under one space.
We can add users to different projects as per their role and one user could be associated with more than one project in the organization.
The rights to add and update the details of the users in any project/space or organization lie with the admin only. Without proper permission, the user cannot access the files and folders available in the spaces/projects.
