Reviews are useful to monitor the progress of any project, and can be used to effectively monitor the status of the project. Entire workflows can be created, assigned and managed in a time bound manner. Workflows and reviews are also required to standardize approval flow within an organization or project, for seamless implementation. Every document, whether CAD, BIM,BCF,PDF etc. needs to undergo a thorough inspection at various levels to ensure no discrepencies remain whether in design or technical, and it can be resolved in an effective way.

The review process should ideally adhere to a predefined set of rules, which are formalised as ‘workflows’ in the project. The coordination between workflows and document management will enhance the efficiency and interoperability between the users and stakeholders.

What’s possible?

  1. Create Reviews according to the project requirement.
  2. Add Levels according to progress made (max. 20).
  3. Assign each Level to different users as per their designation and expertise.
  4. Adjust the level of control given to each user.
  5. Create your own workflows, complete with various complexities, Levels and transitions depending upon the project needs.
  6. Attach files depending upon the requirements at every level.
  7. Review the files and set their status.
